No-find, no-charge
If no recorded survey exists for your parcel, or we cannot retrieve it within the window, you are not charged. No fine print.
How it works
- 1. Coverage check. We verify your property's county is on our active operator map. If it's not, we'll add you to the waitlist for that county at no charge.
- 2. Authorization hold. Stripe places a $99 authorization on your card. This is a hold, not a charge. Funds are not transferred.
- 3. Manual retrieval. An operator visits the county recorder or assessor portal, locates the recorded survey or plat, and prepares the file.
- 4. Delivery → capture. The PDF is emailed to you. Only then is the $99 captured. If we cannot deliver within 2 hours, the hold is released automatically.

Every record we retrieve is available directly from your county's recorder, clerk, or assessor office — sometimes online, sometimes by visiting in person, sometimes through a county-specific request form with a 5-to-15 day processing window. We charge $99 to do that work for you within 2 hours. If you'd rather do it yourself, the official sources are linked on our Terms page. We exist for people who need it today.
